Does it use the services I already set up?
Yes. The calendar and register use your Quellow service catalog, so durations and prices fill in automatically.
How does it stop double-booking?
When you book or move an appointment, Quellow checks that team member's day and warns you if it overlaps. You can still double-book on purpose.
Can clients buy products at checkout?
Yes. Checkout opens the visit on the register, where you can add any product, extra service or custom amount before taking payment.
How are tips handled?
Choose a suggested percentage or a custom amount at payment. Tips are credited to the team member on the visit and show in reports.
How do card payments work?
Run the card on your existing card terminal and record it in Quellow. Cash and other tenders work too, and a visit can be split across several.
