Quellow provides tools for AI-assisted phone workflows, call handling, training, analytics, and integrations. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, managing user access, and ensuring information provided to Quellow is accurate and current.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the legality of your call flows, prompts, uploaded content, recordings, and notifications to callers or customers where required by law.
Billing
Paid plans, phone numbers, and related subscriptions are billed according to the pricing and billing settings shown in your workspace. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if the service is used in violation of these terms, applicable law, or in a way that risks harm to the platform or other users.
