Common Questions
Do I need a special barcode scanner?
No. Any scanner that types into a text box works: scan into the register's search box and the item is added.
Does inventory track sizes separately?
Yes. Each size of a product can have its own SKU, barcode, stock count and low-stock alert.
What happens to stock on a return?
When you refund by item you choose whether to restock. Restocked items go back into inventory and show in the stock history.
How do card payments work?
Run the card on your existing card terminal and record it in Quellow. You can also take cash or other tenders, or split one sale across several.
Can I see what's selling?
The Sales Summary shows net sales, returns, discounts, tax and tips, plus top items, categories and sales by hour for any date range, with CSV export.
